2. Fill out the LMA/MROC application, and save as

4. Pay applicable dues & fees

5. Dues card and receipt will be mailed to you

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

REGULAR (Over 21 years): $180 Annual or $100 Semi-annual, plus INITIATION FEES

INITIATION FEES: $35 LMA + $65 AFM = $100

STUDENT: $180 Annual or $100 Semi-annual, NO INITIATION FEES

YOUTH: $130 Annual or $70 Semi-annual, NO INITIATION FEES

IMPORTANT! AFM WAIVER: Groups/bands joining together are exempt from all INITIATION FEES.

New Member & Member Payments
New and existing members use drop down menus to fill cart. LMA Member Dues provides prices for member categories and duration. Additional Member Fees provides initiation fees for New Members; reinstatement and late fees for Existing Members.
