2. Fill out the LMA/MROC application, and save as
Your name + LMAMemApp.pdf (e.g. JohnDoe LMAMemApp.pdf)
3. Email to admin@londonmusicians.com
4. Pay applicable dues & fees
5. Dues card and receipt will be mailed to you

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
REGULAR (Over 21 years): $180 Annual or $100 Semi-annual, plus INITIATION FEES
INITIATION FEES: $35 LMA + $65 AFM = $100
STUDENT: $180 Annual or $100 Semi-annual, NO INITIATION FEES
YOUTH: $130 Annual or $70 Semi-annual, NO INITIATION FEES
IMPORTANT! AFM WAIVER: Groups/bands joining together are exempt from all INITIATION FEES.
