Help! I'm flying Air Transat in a few weeks and have been checking into taking my fiddle on as hand luggage. Having had an instrument destroyed two years ago, I'm very reluctant to check another one in. I know that, as of December 20 2002, the American Federation of Musicians negotiated the right to allow musical instruments as carry-on baggage. Does anyone know of any similar deal in Canada? Thanks for your imput.

Lynne Reid
