Hi all,

Not sure if you found your drummer yet, but I stumbled upon this post, and just knew I had to respond. Although I grew up in the St. Thomas area, I am currently residing in Vancouver...but...I will be heading back to St. Thomas by November 1st (hopefully). Anyways...I was drawn to your post--you guys have exactly what I am after. I have playing with "Captain Stabbin'"--a hard, rocking, reasonbly known outfit, who have recently played with David Usher, Bif Naked, and opened for Nickelback (a while back) on a number of dates in the NW US. And yes the gigs have been good, and I am proud of our success, but my bandmates are ass-draggers, and I'm getting tired of their overall complacency, and disregard for progression, (but don't tell 'em I said that)!
But, you guys...now, that is what I've been looking for. I have been playing acoustic drums, and percussion for about 20 years; electronic percussion for about 10; I studied composition, and recording at Fanshawe college, and have studied under Nigerian percussion Kwaku Amon for 3 years. People...let me out of my cage! I have some damage to do!
Any details, just ask. Looking forward to your response.

Chase
