| Hey I just started a band with my friends.The first thing thaty makes a band is you have 2 be organized. Make a folder on your computer for just Band stuff. Put all of your songs, contracts, and everything else about your band in their. The second thing you have 2 do is to set aside 1 day a week or more at a specific time 2 practice fridays after school is a very good time. And you work on that. When my band whants to get together we have 2 call eachother a million times before we can do it its mostly short notice stuff witch is ok but when school starts we will probly just do it on friday. 3rd thing is not to get discouraged. We are doing great but then the person who started the band now wants to drop out. Cause he is going 2 go to military camp in the summer. That didn't discourage us we just cept on going. We encouraged him to stay in and he might just write songs. Dont let fights get into the way of the band thats stupid. If you recruit more people make sure they are rite for the band and wont slow the band down. Well their is one more thing You have 2 have equitment witch sortof costs some $$$$$ :( ok well i hope this email hwelped you out a little bit. Bye
